What happened to this coral?

I bought this coral a couple of weeks ago. It was doing great, with both sides fully open. Then a few days ago the right side was about twice as long as is it now, and the left side looked like the right side now. Yesterday I came home and the left side was completely gone and the right side and shrunk to what you see now. My only water issues are that nitrate is about 20 and phosphates are about .05. I'm using NOPOX to bring those down some. Obviously both sides of the coral experience the same water. Any idea what may have happened? Any chance the left side will recover? Thanks!

Salinity = 1.025

Mag = 1450
I target feed Reef Roids every 5 days. All other corals are doing fine.

I few red flags went up here. First is, corals like stability, especially SPS, but this hammer could be a little shocked from you Spain NOPOX. These corals like the higher Nitrates and phosphates. They like it 5ppm-20ppm. And phosphates .2ppm-.5ppm. So you are ok the high side of things but make sure to bring it down slowly. The second red flag was .05 Ammonia. That number should remain at dead nuts ZERO 100% of the time. I would recommend a water change ASAP as Ammonia can harm anything living. One thing I didn't see under your parameters is, what is your light and what is your flow?

I agree. A water change is at hand and a new tests of the water parms. Something is definitely not right. I can see that you have an algae problem as well, so your phosphates and alkalinity may not be where you think they are. The Zoo's are not happy either. Maybe take water somewhere for a 2nd test.
