What has happened to my goni

Help, my Goni was amazing with great long flowing arms. Then I did a water change and added a platygyra and bang, it turned to this. What is going on? I’ll do tests tomorrow but everything else is fine so I don’t think it is that

It doesn't look to bad, I don't see recession. I never knew why but some goniopora I've kept would do the same thing. I figured it was similar to other LPS inflating and deflating. The goniopora always returned to normal. Sometimes it would puff up during feeding as well. As long as there are no sweepers stinging the coral and no recession, I wouldn't panic. Just keep an eye out.

It is starting very slowly to come out of the shell but it’s a million miles from what it was. It really shocked me that it has gone from 100% to 10% just through introducing a new coral.
