Lots of potential there. You can take this many different directions. First determine what you want the endstate of the tank to be and back into that with equipment.

Really nice tank! There are some really fantastic beginner guides on this forum, BRS does a great series of videos on YouTube as well. Just be prepared to spend way, wayyy more $$ than you expect to initially. You can mitigate some costs by purchasing used equipment, but even stuff as basic as rock can potentially run you upwards of $1000 for a tank that size!

Before you purchase everything, try to plan ahead and make a list of everything you want/need and then go from there. Do you want a fish only tank? (FOWLR). Do you want corals and fish? What type of fish do you want, are you planning on setting up a refugium, etc, etc. if you have someone knowledgeable and experienced that you can discuss all these things with, absolutely talk their ear off and listen to what they say.

Also, Welcome to R2R!!

Ah then you know what to do! This should be easy! I would definitely hit the rim of the tank and stand with some rustoleum to clean it up and make it look newer, wrap the back of the tank black, pick up an overflow, 40gal breeder and baffles (for sump), return pumps, skimmer, and a couple of discounted hydra 52’s. Should be a pretty effective yet economical build. A new 150 gallon and a stand typically runs upwards of $1,500 new so you’ve already got a big chunk of the setup price knocked off!
