So far, just feed the fish and put away my buckets from yesterday's water change..

Water change performed also had to recalibrate the refractometer, must have got banged around during the move. So needless to say the tank salinity was at .120 give or take

Just did another paramater check on the new tank. finally starting to see some ammonia! (probably the only time youll hear that lol)

Did a 25% water change. Shifted Rock work a little. Cleaned my skimmer top to bottom. Cleaned all sponges. Changed GFO out. And did some fragging for a tank I traded for.

Glued two sps frags down to rock work,I had a real fight just trying to get the Bosnia to stay in it's place. Hopefully it will recover nice and we'll in its new home.

We need to some pics soon!!!

Just finished another set of test today ammonia still rising some and still no sings of nitrites yet.

and as asked for here are some pictures. still trying to decide if i want to leave the rockwork like this or bust them up into smaller pieces and try again... any input is welcome!

I cleaned the glass. Uprighted a very poorly designed but awsome star astrea snail. Took a pic of my new baby rbta.harvested my macros, cleaned up the sump glass and salt creep. Emptied skimmer cup. Refilled my calcium doser. And admired throughout the day. :-)

Spent 4-5hrs cleaning the sump and vinegar bathing all equipment. MUCH needed after 1+ yrs of constant running for the return pumps!

I would make the top rocks smaller, this gives more options for placing corals on the lower rocks.

I woke up to one of the kids screaming there was water on the floor. Turns out the protein skimmer went a little bonkers overnight. Filled the milk jug. It was an easy clean up. I bought acrylic and re-made my filter tray for the sump. The other one's silicone didn't hold up very well. I installed the tunze ATO. Kind of cool little gadget! Re-wired the cabinet to make things neater. Added more fish on Tuesday from LiveAquaria. So far everyone is fine. Added another heater to the sump because the temperature went from low 80s to 75. I recently moved the tank from one wall to the one perpendicular to it. Crazy at how much of a difference that made. I also added marine pur ceramic balls.

I did a 10% WC, added probiotic, cleaned and enriched the adult brine shrimp and the baby brine shrimp too. I also cleaned the baby seahorses nursery, swapped their hitch for a new sterilized one, fed the baby SH twice and their parents once. I plan to go to the lfs to get a return pump for the new 10g seahorse nursery/ QT and get it on line with the main system.

Filtration

Today I finally got the 3 filtration tanks running together.
I have a all in one 200gl sump box with a built-in Bermuda Aquatics skimmer, 200 watt UV sterilizer, and about 150 lbs of LR.
A 180gl tank with 350 lbs of rocks , and a 250gl tank soon to be a refiugem.

Getting close to being able to put life in my bowl of saltwater! did another round of ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate test tonight 0/0/5-10ppm

will give it till Saturday and test again and if all looks good may pick up my first fish! :whoo:
