What heater for pico 4 gallon?

What are you guys using on your pico tanks? I have a couple of those little 50w preset heaters but im think that's too big? Is 25w better?

Thanks guys. Ya the the 50w is definately too big. The heater I'm replacing is a 10w that was cooking the tank! I think I'll with the aqua therm like @Blue Spot Octopus said, I hear those are nice.
