Also, I calibrated my Inkbird using a standard (non-digital) thermometer. It was off by about half a degree. After calibration it is dead on. Change the temp variant to 1 (as mentioned above) and you are all set. FYI, the instructions for the inkbird controller are not great, but there are a number of youtube videos that show how to program it. Once you figure it out it is very easy.
