What I believe to be turf algae

Howdy,

After a long hard battle with dinos I've won ! However I believe I have turd algae in my sand bed now !

It clumps to the sand and appears green and turf life. It doesn't siphon out and remains in chunks. Sometimes I manually remove it but it's tough to get. It doesn't grow on rocks but ok surfaces and plastics
