What in the world are all these

Found two types of different weird critters in my tank with no clue what they are. Anyone know what these are. Also does anyone know how to get rid of the white encrusting worms cause they are starting to clog things

I can see vermatid snails in the bottom pic so I'm guessing that is possibly the same thing in the top.
