What in the world are these?

Hey guys, when I was looking around my tank today I noticed that there are a little cluster of these things that look similar to aiptasia or hydroids. Do you guys have any idea what this is?

They look like hydroids from what I can tell.

I touched one with my tongs and it immediately closed up, do hydroids do this?

I want to say aptasia although viewing on a phone screen especially whey you mention how quickly they retract

Most of the aiptasia I've dealt with have pretty thick tentacles, but these things have super thin ones, I'll get some better pictures in a minute.
