Whatever it is kinda curled up. Before I took the pick it was almost in a V shape.

Yep, asterina. They have weird shapes sometimes. Missing legs, half bodies. But they regenerate.

Those things are toast in my system...I'd like to blame their mortality on my six-line...but honestly all the fish love eating them
