Can it be kept with inverts besides snails and hermits

Better question might be what fish can I keep with an adult 6 line that it won't harass endlessly? :)

Back when I had a six line the only shrimp that was safe was a large coral banded shrimp. He would destroy and cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp, or Scarlett cleaner shrimp. After having him for 3 years he became so agressive that I couldn't add any other fish, especially Wrasses. So I had to tear the tank apart to catch him. Back to the LFS he went. If you don't add anymore fish you probably will be ok with him. He never bothered any other invert.

Yea I understand that! I had a coral banded shrimp back than....he was cool, but they can be agressive. I don't have hardly any inverts now because I mostly have Wrasses, and the ones I have aren't reef safe. I have a sea urchin and some brittle stars....the brittle stars survive because they are nocturnal and only come out when the Wrasses are sleeping under the sand! LOL!

I may consider getting rid of the wrasse abd damsel

Have you thought about what other fish you might add in their place? I wish I could have more inverts, but I love my Wrasses more. But not all Wrasses will eat your inverts....just something to consider if you like Wrasses.....

To replace them I would put a goby shrimp pair
I bought the wrasse because it was on sale and it looked nice but after I knew I regret buying it

A lot of fish stores will do that! I know my LFS takes fish back for credit.
I call and they give $5 worth of store credit for both , it’s a rip off since the charge $5 for a damsel and $20 for a six line

Oh wow! Yea they should at least do half for the Wrasse and half for the damsel. Most LFS around me do half.....

My six line is fine with my three cleaner shrimp. Actually doesn’t show any interest towards any other fish or invert in my tank. Just weaves in and out of my rocks

Sounds like a six-line is not what I need. I have been looking for a wrasse to add to my tank since my flasher wrasse passed.

Definitely not a good fish . I decided to sell because it was beating up my clowns but kept in check by my damsel which I also sold

With my 6line I have a blood shrimp, 2 cleaner shrimp, a few emeralds, and amazingly enough a porcelain anemone crab. Unfortunately, shortly after getting the porcelain some tank mate (I'm guessing the 6 line) tore off both claws and a leg but luckily all have grown back and hasn't bothered it since.
