What inverts eat bristle worms?

Ball anemones are a Coralimorph , to me they can become problematic. They eat snails and obviously bristle worms. They keep snails from certain areas of LR and always have empty shells next to them. I just added a Aiptasia eating filefish to see if he will eat them

Great- I now know why my trochus snails went missing Atleast.
Also, let me know if the aptaisia filefish will eat it, I might end up trying to get rid of mine if it becomes too problematic in my nano

I’ve lost a lot of snails. I removed as many corals as I could and put in my QT because Some* Aiptasia eating filefish are known to nip at corals. Had to leave my RFA’s and other stuff. Just hoping it finds the ball anemones more appetizing....

I don’t think they go after RFAs, hopefully he does find the ball nem to be appetising though

I have a bristle worm problem in my nps tank. 20 gallons. Im tired of trying to pull them out with tongs. Because feeding less is not in the cards nor is a fish, Im hoping the coral banded shrimp will work.
Has anyone had success with this ?
Can you get 2 and have a pair?

Huh that’s weird lol maybe try a horse show crab , might all be a gamble even the coral banded have you tried traps ?

Not tried traps.
I have way too many and would like to get something that would eat them while young so they cant breed like rabbits.
Plan is to help it along by pulling out the big ones for a few weeks.

As I’ve mentioned in the past, they started disappearing after I got my tiger pistol shrimp - I saw him eating them so I know it was him. Haven’t seen one since.
I think I’ve heard of boxers eating bristles as well.

Bristleworms are great for diversity in a sandbed and live rock. I wouldn't worry about them.

I’ve witnessed an old boxer eating bristles so it should be affective - I definitely wouldn’t just leave the boxer to do it all though.

I have started seeing them pop back up, so they aren’t the best for eradication (though you can never get rid of them all), but I do think he helped.

Bristleworms are great for diversity in a sandbed and live rock. I wouldn't worry about them.

Unless you only have small ones Maybe !. But in my experience the large ones rip around soft coral and will injure them enough to kill them . Little ones turn into big ones there for you can have all of them . I will never knowingly keep them in my tank . Fish only tank might work for some though .
