What Iodine do you use?

Just wondering what you use. I usually use Lulgols, but I dont have any right now and it brought up the question.

I used to use Lugols and TMPCC, but now have converted to REVIVE.

Everyone that uses Iodine, do you just use it to dip or do you supplement on a regular basis?

I Do both dip and dose once or twice weekly

Iodine can be used as a dip for incoming coral. Dosing the tank it help the invert molt. Not sure of any other benefits.

I just put 1 drop of lugols per 25 gals every couple weeks. Tmpcc or now revive for dips.
