+1 Medusa hydroids. Common in newer tanks. They typically go away on their own as the tank ages.Looks like hydroids.
Every dip is different and kills different things. If a coral can survive a dip, many other things can survive as well. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Also, you’ll probably have other hitchhikers come along eventually as well.Wheeew thanks team
What causes them? I dip my corals feverishly and usually QT coral also
