What is all this?

System is about 13-14 months old, healthy fish.

Small bubbles, spongy, can suck most up with a water change. Small amount of red stuff on the bottom but about 1% of problem. Grows back each week, and suffocating zoas etc

Any ideas?

Small bubbles so likely photosynthetic. Doesn't look like dinos given the color. Spongy---maybe it is chrysophytes?
