What is/are these?

I noticed some red hair like things in my tank. Not sure what they are. 1 pic is what it looks like in tank and I decided to pull a couple out so that's the other pic. Good? Bad?

I believe these are spaghetti worms. I have never known them to cause any issues. I have a ton, I see them mostly at night. They have never caused any issues- personally I leave them in the hopes they help as a clean up crew.

maybe others have other experience but that’s my experience lol.

Spaghetti worms they are good cleaners but I don’t like them so I evict them.
