Since a couple of days this acro has a patch where all colour has gone and turned white.
It is not STN-ing.
Polyps are out.

Anybody any idea?

It is ditching its zooxanthellae algae. Not sure why... What kind of light do you have? It is on the upward facing surface of the branch so I'm wondering...

I have radions. I was thinking if it is light, it would affect the complete coral. Not just 2 positions.

How long has this coral been in your tank before it started bleaching? if there is no signs of bleaching on your other corals then its probably not a lighting and parameter issue. If other corals are bleaching and lighting has been same then has to be a parameter issue. Perhaps just needs a fresh start so take a frag of it and move it somewhere else. I'd check for pest aswell you never know something may be irritating.

Corals do the darndest things and sometimes it is beyond our scope. Remember, the coral is not a single organism but a community of organisms. No two corals will necessarily respond or react the same or to certain conditions even of the same colony. Ashish Patel asks a valid question about how long has this been going on and I will add to that question to ask has this been gradual or sudden? I respectfully disagree that if one coral is bleaching because of x-factor, the remainder of your corals will as well. Likely, if it were a parameter issue, the whole of the colony would be suffering. As well, other corals with the same needs are more likely going to be reacting to these adverse parameters. Lighting is what I would gravitate towards due to the nature of the bleaching, being that it is localized on the top side of the one coral colonies branches, indicates, more likely, there is a localized issue. Along with you having Radions with individual diodes, there could be a single diode issue of or a lense contaminant concentrating output, just as a possibility for example. What that issue or combination of issues is/are may or may not be ascertainable. I do agree that if all your parameters are in line and have been stable, some change may be in order and I certainly would look for pests or other reasons for a localized problem. On the other hand, you might leave it as is and see how it reacts over time. Like I said, corals do the darndest things. Sometimes, our good intentions exasperate the problems.

Just for shiggles and gicks, throw in a slightly wider shot and a shot of the tank with the coral locale.

I have this coral for at least 5 months and it has always have been in the same location.
I assume a pest is at hand but need to find out what it can be.

See earlier answer.
Luckily it is more glued yet and by now it has completely encrusted over the big pile of rock it came on. I might move it to the bottom to see if there is any improvement.
I cannot find any other coral that has similar damage.

Will post a picture in a next post. Some how this is not loading on my phone.

Shadowing?

It is more or less between 2 radions. And the Radions have the diffusers by now.

I do not find a bigger shot of the coral alone. But here is the placement in the tank. This is more or less in the centre and upper water column.

Light is an option so will try to lower it and see if it improves.

Crab looks like the good acro crabs from what I can see but is there any chance he is misbehaving or that you have any of the bad ones in there?

How long has the bleaching been occurring? Gradual or all of the sudden. If gradual, when did you notice it starting? Additionally, is it stable or getting worse?

I am looking for any bad ones now. I removed a couple in the past.
The one in the picture is an acro crab but maybe there is a bad one left somewhere.
What is a good way to hunt them?

The bleaching came overnight and has been there since like a week. During that week there was no change at all.
Not getting better, nor worse.

I would definitely leave it alone then and not do a thing. Let it ride and see how things progress.
