What is causing these bubbles in the tank?

All of a sudden these bubbles are appearing allover my tank. What are they and what is causing them?

I think that's the start of bubble algae I think I had a alot of them then after I had green bubble algae.
I would siphon them out

It is only on the tank’s wall and on the glass. There is nothing on the rocks.
 
That is how mine started.
Now I have NO idea if I am right or not. But instead of swishing them around I wish I would of just sucked them out. Like I said I have no idea if I am right
 
Cyano, bubble, dinos... All the start of something bad. Start by testing your phosphate and nitrates. Let us know your parameters.
Suck that out...
 
I decided to turn off the thank's lights and do a semi blackout for a few days and see what happens. I am not going to a full blackout scenario where I cover the sides of the glass and prevent all light from entering.
