What is considered medium flow?

I'm looking at getting some powerheads for my 120 reef. Alot of the corals I enjoy keeping require medium flow. Things like bubble corals and other lps. What would be a good setup to achieve this? 200$ budget.

All depends on the size of the tank, and the shape of the tank. Generally turnover is going to be anywhere from 20x tank volume to 50x tank volume. 20x for soft corals and 50x for SPS. Medium flow would be somewhere around 35x
