I got a dime sized frag and it did well for about three weeks and then over a few days it started disappearing until it was almost completely gone. It grows back in two places for a a week or so and then it gets devoured again suddenly. Anyone know what eats lepto? I see a bristleworm in that area occasionally. I have a 29G cube, pair of clowns, yasha goby & pistol shrimp, fire shrimp, two elephant slugs. Thanks!

Its not going to be the bristle worm, they would only eat the dead tissue. Gotta be something you haven't seen yet.

Thank you Reefingmadness. I'll have to keep an eye out after lights out for another worm or something.

Could you find a way to quarantine it? Or maybe find a different area still now light but off the sand bed. If it is something snacking on it.

Tab I don't know for sure if I can move it. It looks like the only part that still re-grows is on the live rock. Whatever was on the frag plug is gone. Ill see if maybe I can chip the rock and salvage it. Thanks!
