What is everyone running as a Turnover rate

So I am setting up a new anemone cube, and just got the tank wet. Playing with the turnover rate and dialing it in has been a little bit of a challenge. What does everyone think the best turnover rate it. I have always shot for 5 times, but I have a very small sump for the 1st time and starting to think 3ish times would be good.

What does everyone think the best turnover rate it. I have always shot for 5 times, but I have a very small sump for the 1st time and starting to think 3ish times would be good.

I always dialed in about 10x per hour, but the setup I have now just happens to come in at about 20x per hour.

Elos goes with a much slower rate and could see that being a good thing too. They recommend a much slower turn over and to use more flow pumps in your display.
