So I was snooping on my husband's tank and noticed this he's asleep but I don't want his coral hurting if it is they were happy and healthy yesterday they do close at night which is when I took this what could these bubbles mean

Looks as he just fresh super glued it down as a frag and it’s dark so they are closed up. Normal to me. Superglue makes those bubbles until it drys

He didn't glue them today he did move them though we were just talking about ordering glue from bulk reef supply today just remembered he was talking about dipping them for the hair algae taking over and trying to clean the rock could he have dipped them and this caused bubbles to form sorry when you search for this type of bubbling it really doesn't come up with much

I check it every day for him he can't seem to find the nocturnal critters that hitchhiked in like I can and so they are they probly just air bubbles from the move and if he dipped?

Prob from the glue the bubbles stay there and hide up the open zoa. Like a human can hide behind a bush. But in the winter I will see the human cause the thistles would fall off. Looks normal to me

Stole his phone to turn his lights on to take a picture my phone sucks with pictures but it does look clear but very strange

Ok that's good to know it's probly just air I was really worried his corals have been doing so well I don't look much into coral care because my tank can't have them but I knew something was really off about them and tried to find it myself but couldn't find anything relative

Peroxide dips will cause bubbles like that under a layer of the zoa. I am guessing he dipped in peroxide and that what caused it.
