What is going on? Need some help

I know this is an ID forum but I was hoping to get some help... My blue sided Wrasse starting hiding a lot and only coming out for a quick bite over the past few days. Now he's laying in the corner of the front of the tank looking like crap. Anyone know what kind of meds I should try ?

Really hard to get a good photo but I can't indentify what's wrong ? I was thinking of doing a methylene blue dip maybe ?

What other tankmates? What size tank? Besides the laying any other aymptoms?

You could try a freshwater dip to test for flukes, followed by a methylene blue bath to soothe gills.
