what is going on with my ATO

i got my ATO running off my APEX with a BB to a float switch. i keep having an issue with my pump not shutting off when the float is raised. its not my codes cause it works when it was drive but for some resason its not working now. the pump im useing is a dosing pump. pleaes give me any ideas how to fix this. i got a switch valve on the way for a positive shut off but if its not stoping the pump like it should then y would it trip the vavle to close.

these are my codes.
Fallback OFF
If Switch2 CLOSED Then ON
If Switch2 OPEN Then OFF

What channel do you have it plugged in to on the EB8?

its pluged in to switch 5.

maybe i should try outlet 4 or 8

The EB8 has relay outlets on ports 4 and 8. Can you try the programming on one of these ports and see if it works? Devices with low power draw have a tendency to either not start or not stop on the solid state ports.
