What is going on with my mushroom here???

What is going on here I have never seen this in the 5 months I have had this mushroom? Are these feeding tentacles? They were only out for a few minutes.

Hello,

Nothing I can see to worry about. Any recent changes. Water change, dosing, anything new or anything else that may have irritated it. It basically puked up its guts and retracted. Should be ok. Something may have just irritated it.

Well I fed cyclops for the first time ever a couple minutes before this happened. I upgraded my lighting a few days ago as well. Also that hermit in the picture walked over the top of it but they are always trampling everything.

Update: This mushroom ended up splitting into 3 mushrooms. two new mouths. Pretty crazy.
