Hello all,

I have three plates and have noticed some flesh retraction on my red plate. When the lights are on it looks normal, but right as the lights come on you can see the tissue retracted back on the sides and around the mouth. What is going on?! Too much light? Not enough light?

I have included a picture of my other plates, and they are not having the same tissue retraction. Not sure if it is just that the red plate needs less light.

Thanks in advance for all the advice!

Mouth is opening up to be fed. Mine do the same thing about 5 minutes after the lights go out.

As long as the flesh isn't torn your ok. They do expand and contract quite a bit. That's their means of moving around. I had one mow down some chalices and micromussas:mad:
