What is going on with sea cucumber?

My sea cucumber has been acting strange the last few days. Wedging himself into rocks and now has weird white polyp looking things appearing on apart of it's back?

Does anyone know why it's doing this?

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with cucumbers, possibly a #reefsquad member may know?

It almost looks as though it's partly rolled over, and some of its tube-feet are pointing up. Couldn't tell you _why_ though.
