What is going on with this Candy Cane?

Was doing really well....and then the last two days, it looks like its shriveling up. Water Parameters are good...and have been stable

I would say flow at first glance but it is odd if you haven't changed anything.
You could do with detectable nitrates by the way but I doubt that is the cause unless they got stripped fast.
