Probably around 3 to4 months back i lost my royal gramma to what i thought was velvet. Everything else was fine( 2 chromis and a watchman goby). Since then i added 2 clowns a mimic tang. This past week one of my chromis went missing i thought maybe my long tent anemone got him but then a couple days later my mimic tang died. I did not notice anything off with either fish except my tang was hanging out in the rock a lot more the day before he died. Now a few days later i notic my smaller clown is swimming weird and both eyes are looking a little cloudy. Can anyone tell me whats going on?

Phos: .25ppm
Nitrate: 5ppm
Ammonia:0ppm
Ph:7.8
Salinity:1.027 ( just saw that was a little high, fixing it now)

There is also something going on with the top of the stripe on his head. And both of my clowns are no longer in the anemone

You're going to have to quarantine unfortunately. I would use copper power here.
10 gallon tank + aquaclear 20hob filter with some seeded sponges, add some API quick start or any bacteria in a bottle before putting the fish in and they should be good to go. Just keep an eye on ammonia.
A small heater, powerhead and airstone should be all you need to sucessfully QT.
Theres a lot of threads on proper QT

My other clown is acting a little off also.should i quarantine them together?

Yes you’ll need to Quarantine all them. How many fish total? If you have a large enough take they can all be quarantined together. You just want to make sure there is no aggression in QT.

Looks like your dealing with a parasite issue possibly velvet or ich. I do see spots on the clowns tale in the picture you posted. Can you post some more?

It’s best to start with FWD and then put in QT. See the thread below for 4 step QT process.

well, clowns commonly have brook and chromis commonly have uronema, so there's that possibility they succumbed to that. QT is the only thing to save them IF it's that you're dealing with.

Youll want to pull out all the fish. Inverts and coral stay in the tank for 90 days fishless. Be very sure all fish are removed and dont put anything else in the tank for 90 days.
I QT all my fish now for good reason. Its very VERY hard to find a reputible source that has healthy fish. A lot of shops here stopped selling fish for that reason. I recently bought 3 fish from a wholesaler that all were infected with flukes and velvet. Instead of not buying them and letting them die in the store, i brought them home and QTd them back to health in 14 days. Theres just too much crap in fish holding systems now days that its a 95% probability youll bring something into your DT without quarantining.
The old ways of keeping fish healthy to keep sickness away is becoming more and more difficult.
