What is going on?

So I picked up two mocha storms from my LFS now they are currently at about 1-1.5” long. They bicker n chase each other from time to time, but also go into my plate rock and do this anyone have an idea what’s going on? Thanks (ps this usually happens at night closer to lights out)

VLC Media player plays the video fine. I jut double clicked on the link above and it automatically downloaded, then double clicked on the file and it played.

Not sure exactly what's going on with the fish, but my clowns do that sometimes too. Perhaps some kind of "pre-mating" behavior?
