I don't know but it's kinda scary to think of if Hawaii does it who's next? It will really put tank raised fisheries in business.

Well hopefully it won't it's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard of. But it'll increase the price of Hawaiian fish initially whole fish collectors capitalize on the publicity then it'll stabilize at a slightly higher price than we're used to and whenever a collector decides to stop collecting they'll probably find some way to sell their license since most of them are probably issued to corporations.

Seeing the wholesale prices, there has not been an increase cost in buying....maybe unscrupulous lfs's might do that....but not from the wholesale level....so far....
