What is growing in my sand bed!?!

Hey everyone! I wanted to see if I could get some help identifying exactly what I’ve got growing on the sand bed in my tank. The tank has been running for almost 5 months now and I haven’t had any major issues with algae or bacteria. This stuff is only growing in patches on the sand bed, I don’t see any growing on the rocks. Help identifying what this is and advice on what to do with it moving forward would be much appreciated! Kind of hard to tell with the black sand. Does it look like a turf algae?
