What is growing on this recently cycled dry rock?

Looks like your usual cyano algae. It's very common for new aquariums, and almost unavoidable. Keep your lights off to get rid of it.
 
The solid dark piece looks like a sponge. Maybe a plating sponge.
 
Based off the age of the tank my actual guess is diatoms. They bloom right after cycle. Is it brown? It is hard to tell with the blue lighting

Another vote for diatoms. Unfortunately it will get worse before it gets better, but’s it’s all a part of the process. Good time to start building up your clean up crew.

Yeah part of it I embrace it, some.turbo and other snails seem happy
 
Please post pics under white light intensity. Very hard to accurately assess under blue lighting
