What is growing on my substrate?

I’ve had my tank for about 4-5 months and has had this algae like stuff growing on the substrate, I thought it would go away with time but it has not. Could anybody please identify it? And if you know how do I get rid of it?

Cyano maybe? Mine isn't that stringy, but it could be due to flow.

What's your po4 and no3 at? Looks like cyano but more stringy than what I'm getting. My DT has been up for about 6-7 months and am currently dealing with cyano. I've just been physically removing it and it seems like it's growing slower now and I'm getting more GHA here and there. In my case I think I'm just dealing with the new tank uglies.
