My torch recently grew a head , so I went from 2 to 3 heads. I started noticing these yellow bubbles at the top of the base. There are about 4 total all around. Is this something to be concerned about, or is this normal?

The photo is a little blurry but they look like sponges to me, potentially pineapple sponges. Generally they aren't anything to worry about but some sponges can irritate corals if they are too close to the flesh/polyps. If you're worried you can pull the frag out of the tank and scrape them off of the coral. Sponges typically don't survive when exposed to air while corals can tolerate being out of the water for a while.
