What is growing on my zoa frag?

I've had this frag plug with zoas I frag off of for about 9 months. It's got whitish stuff growing on it.

It's really weird. It almost looks like mini acropora polyps.

Currently going fallow. Last fish was about 5 days ago. Nothing that could breed together
