What is growing on my zooa

ok I have this weird spider looking strange alien thing growing over one of my frags and it's not a good thing at all. Never seen anything like it before I dipped these in a 50/50 peroxide tank water bath and scrubbed them with a toothbrush and it still came back. Hope somebody knows what this is

No it's actually bright white my halide makes everything white look blue

Why does the dang thing keep growing back though how do I kill it or would I be better glue it on another frag

Try higher lighting.

Won't that nuke the zooas as well though my tank is at about 450 at the top

Don't have to go all the way to the top. Try mid level. Most sponges do not do well under bright lighting.
But if it's easier for you to remove the zoos from the plug, by all means do so. Or try a Bayer or CoralRX dip.
