Not too sure, can you get a pic under whites? Try and get a better photo, but also try to blow it off with a turkey baster or syringe and see what happens. Does it look like coral flesh? Is it hard like a shell or maybe fleshy like a parasite?

It is not easy to take a photo with phone. I have tried to touch it and it is fleshy, soft. It is true, it is like coral flesh.
