What is happening?

Can anyone tell me what might be happening? My rainbow bubble tip is turning lighter and ar the same time ot looks like some of it branches look like ify. I feel my water perimeters are good or are they? I feed them twice a week

don't know about the bubble tip but your going to want to raise your nitrate to 5-10 and lower your phospate to <0.1 but not lower than <0.03
