Just dropped snails and a scooter dragonet and my frogspawn is expelling white stuff

can't tell clearly from your pic:

if it's "strandy" then it could be Mesenterial filaments. This happens mostly when coral is stressed from some kind of environmental factor. could be maybe the new fish/snail brought some toxin into the tank? did you pour in the LFS water? was the fish stressing this frag? or maybe something else happened unrelated to adding the fish/snail.

if its filaments - and if you feed corals - could also just be it vomiting up whatever it ate before. most of the time i see them brown tho...
 
I didnt add the fish store water, but i just started to dose magnesium since it is VERY low.
I dont feed it, but it does look like a piece of mysis, but i dont feed that anymore
it isnt really strandy

Try blowing it off maybe it’s just a pice of debris
 
Hammers do this when stressed and generally due to too much water flow. Try reducing or redirecting flow from it. Other possibility is expulsion of zooxanthellae again due to stress
