Cleaning my sump up and just noticed my chaeto has all sorts of critters in it... Its been in there for awhile and until today I haven't noticed them. Is this bad or good...

Looks like Bristle warms and pods to me. Pods are good. Not sure if Bristle worms really do anything good or bad. You don't want to touch the bristle warms with your hands. They have spikes that will end up in your skin.

Looks like bryopsis growing in the chaeto as well (last pic, fern like algae). I'd get some fluconazole to nuke it before it gets out of control, which can happen VERY quickly.

Chaeto hides lots of hitchhikers...some of which you may not want. I recently purchased a clump online and dropped it into a cycling tank: the chaeto survived (a little too well, I might say); a bristleworm, something that was probably a tiny fireworm, and a few other other things did not.
