What is in my tank ???

Hey I just noticed these last night. No idea what they are and there is several maybe 8+ and they hide in a whole under a rock. For a second I thought maybe my hermits had babies cuz I have about 12 of them but I figure that’s impossible ? Is this a parasite or bug that tanks get? Harmful? Do I leave it or find meds to kill them? Help please !

Thanks, haha a relief ! Does that mean I’m doing a good job with my water? I’m always so worried about it. Even when I do a water change I’m worried. Should a enemone be able to live happy? It’s 7 month old tank
