What is in my Water?

The video is the best I can do without a filter. It appears that I have some sort of air bubbles or something in my water. When watching the video you can see something floating in the water currents (not the bigger particles). The water is clear but you can really see something in the water. I have also found bigger air bubbles under my slate rock. Any help would be appreciated.

Eshopps HOB overflow
Eshopps rs-75 sump
Octo 110 skimmer

Looks like microbubbles (best guess). Could be originating from the Octo skimmer, but if you temporarily turn it off you'll be able to either confirm or rule it out.
