LOL Ya if the neck extends probably an anemone. As well its attached to rock. Trachyphillia like the sand. Its an unknown for sure. There are types of surf anemone that do look like that but I think you are gonna have to search for a while to find a match. I am going to keep looking once a day until I find a likeness.
