New reefer and I know I have seen this in other videos. Should I remove it and how?

That's an Aptasia anemone. Bad little pests. I have the same issues with some zoas that I just got. I have been manually removing them, covering them with super glue or nuking them with hydrogen peroxide. What I use kind of depends if they can be reached. If you can, get the frag out of your display while you treat it so they don't spread.

Thanks I couldn’t think of that to save my life. I’ve ordered some Aptasia-x

I use kalk mixed up as a thin paste and use a syringe to cover it. The mix will usually sit in that spot for a few days and it burns them. I wouldn't recommend doing this technique tho if you have a ton of them since it'll shift your parameters.
