What is is this??

Sorry for the really poor picture under blue lights, but I have a sudden outbreak of a string like organism in my tank, it seems to have white seeds attached to it. My tank is still in its early stages only 3 months old numbers are good apart from PO4 which is 0.7 and falling, treated every day with Quantum at the required dosage. All was fine today after a 20% water change 8 hours later this appeared in lots of places in the tank

Cant tell from your pic but if it looks like this its just snail eggs. Ours sat there for 2 days then gone? Oh I see now its not attached to the glass. Not sure than?

Not attached to the glass. I think you could be right, looked like snail mucus, gone today. Thanks for your help

yeah snail eggs usually look like that not sure unattached but if gone now I'd leave alone.
