I just turned a rock in my scape and saw this. It appears to be some kind of tube or worm can anyone identify it and tell my it it is bad or not?

Detritus worms, harmless and good for your aquarium. Just feed less your fish and their population will be control(if u see a blast in their population)

Thanks my nutrients where high caus I moved all life stock of my nano to this tank. Got a nice GHA outbreak. So I started a refugium beefed up the CUC and managed to get things back to were i like it. So maybe these must have been from a few months back
