What is it? Enchinata?

It was given to me awhile back as a enchinata but I don’t think that’s what it is.. looks almost like a baby scolly lol.. it’s about the size of a 50 cent piece.

I have this for more than a decade - started as a frag, now 4 heads. Assume this is a pachysepta, too?
