What is it? Found from live rock

So I see a couple of these I assume came from my live rock. Super tiny and very slow moving . Is it bad? Should I eliminate when I see? Here is picture if it on the glass.

Looks like an algae eater though, based on the mouth so I wouldnt be worried worried... hopefully someone will know.

Too small to get to get other side view. I used a micro lens to get closeup on glass. Looks kinda hairy??

Now that is something you do not see everyday, and I am not sure what it is? Top down image against a contrasting back round would be off assist. Moving thread to Critter ID.
