What is it?

Its some sort of browny orange hard tube thing with something inside it, Just popping its head out. Some sort of worm or something? Good or bad?

I just looked up spme pics of the peanut worm, it doesnt quite match. Looks more like a vermatid snail to me but im no expert obviously. [emoji846]
